  • ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ITEMS TO PROCESS. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING.

   

  • Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU NEED RUSH SHIPPING FOR IN STOCK ITEMS.

  • We only ship to confirmed physical addresses.
     

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
     

  • All domestic shipping will be charged a flat rate fee of $15, please contact us for shipping outside the U.S.


 

 

  Return Policy:

​

  • We do not issue refunds once order has been placed. We will gladly exchange bundles only within 3 days of original purchase. All lace products are final sale (WIGS, CLOSURES, AND FRONTALS). Hair must be in its original state. Any hair that has been colored, dyed, washed, unraveled, or cut will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault.

 Hair Care Tips:

 

  • Before Installation we recommend co-washing, or washing hair with only conditioner and allow hair to air dry for best results.

  • Daily: Apply a light oil or serum to your extensions/wigs, and use a heat protectant before styling

  • Curly hair we recommend wetting the hair and apply a leave-in conditioner . Always comb hair from ends to root, holding the hair gently using a brush or wide tooth comb. 


  • Nightly: Keep hair protected with a satin bonnet or scarf, never go to bed with wet hair. BIWEEKLY: Wash hair using a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

  • Monthly: Deep condition hair to maintain quality.

 

 Lace disclosure:

​

  • Please keep in mind when purchasing lace products. Lace is EXPENSIVE, FRAGILE,  and SHEDS!! There is absolutely no way around it because they are hand tied products (closures, frontals, and wigs).
     

  • There are ways to minimize shedding such as purchasing lace sealer, combing and brushing the hair gently starting from the ends to the roots, and using conditioner or detangler.
     

  • All in all, LACE PRODUCTS WILL SHED.
     

  • YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN YOU PURCHASE LACE.
